2.1 Guest Browsing (No Account Required)

You can browse all marketplace websites in the App without creating an account. When browsing as a guest, we do not collect any personal information. Only standard automatically collected data (Section 2.4) may apply.

When you place orders or use the wallet, we collect:

• Order details (product URLs, names, quantities, prices, sizes, colors, status)
• Payment records (amount, method, date, status)
• Wallet transactions (top-ups, deductions, balances)

• Account Management: Create and manage your account, authenticate via phone OTP
• Proxy Purchasing: Share your order details (product URLs, names, sizes, colors, quantities) with our purchasing team so they can buy products on your behalf from the respective marketplace
• Order Fulfillment: Process orders, calculate pricing, arrange international shipping and local delivery
• Payments: Process wallet top-ups and order payments via ZainCash
• Notifications: Send order updates, payment confirmations, and service announcements
• Product Search: Enable image-based search on China marketplaces (Taobao, AliExpress)
• Customer Support: Respond to inquiries and resolve issues
• App Improvement: Analyze usage patterns and crash reports to improve performance

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share data only with the following service providers, strictly for the purposes described:

5. Data Storage and Security

• Your data is stored on Supabase (self-hosted on Hetzner servers) located in Germany (EU), with Row-Level Security (RLS) ensuring users can only access their own data
• All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encrypted connections
• Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text
• Authentication uses secure OTP verification via SMS
• We do not store credit card or bank account numbers

6. Data Retention

• Account Data: Retained as long as your account is active
• Order History: Retained for record-keeping and customer service purposes
• Uploaded Images: Temporarily stored for image search processing, then deleted
• Push Notification Tokens: Updated on each login, removed on logout

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data stored in our systems
• Update your profile information (name, phone, email, addresses) at any time via the app
• Delete your account and all associated data by contacting us
• Opt out of push notifications via your device settings
• Withdraw consent at any time by discontinuing use of the App

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

9. Third-Party Websites and Cookies

The App allows you to browse third-party marketplace websites (such as Amazon, Walmart, Noon, Trendyol, etc.) within an in-app browser (WebView). When you visit these websites:

• You are interacting directly with the third-party website, which has its own privacy policy and terms of service
• These websites may set cookies or collect data according to their own policies
• We do not control, monitor, or have access to the data collected by these third-party websites
• We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any marketplace you visit through the App

Noor Shop & Ship is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of any third-party website.
